Welcome Broughton Gate Health Centre
With patients' needs at the heart of everything we do, our website has been designed to make it easy for you to gain instant access to the information you need. As well as specific practice details such as opening hours and how to register, you’ll find a wealth of useful pages covering a wide range of health issues along with links to other relevant medical organisations.
We are aware that the recent CQC ratings announced show as a Category 2, risk identified. We would like to reassure our patients that this rating is not related to any clinical issues we have, but on the results of the patient survey.
The patient survey was undertaken in the period Sept 2013 - March 2014 and identifed that patients were unhappy with our appointment availability. Since march Broughton Gate has worked hard to improve access problems raised in the survey. We now have 2 new clinical leads, Dr Afsar Khan (male) and Dr Abitoye (female), with additional doctors also joining us. Our most recent patient satisfaction results (October 2014) show that over 90% of our patients rate our service as either very good or excellent.
We are constantly reviewing the number of clinical team members we have to ensure that we always have enough doctors and nurses to see our patients. we also continuously reviewing our appointment structure and have recently implemented new emergency appointments for children, vulnerable and the over 75's.
